Role Overview

Are you already based in beautiful Malta and looking to advance your customer service career within a professional environment?

We are seeking German & English-Speaking Contact Centre Agents to join our team on-site in Malta. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact, providing essential and high-quality support to customers while utilizing your multilingual skills daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential customer support and assistance by handling inquiries effectively.
  • Deliver professional, clear, and empathetic service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve general customer queries in both German and English.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be a local candidate currently residing in Malta (Note: No relocation support is provided for this position).
  • Languages: High proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-centric mindset.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Location: On-site facilities in Malta, surrounded by the vibrant culture and warm climate of the Mediterranean.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (Enjoy your weekends completely free!).
  • Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM.

Compensation & Additional Benefits

We offer a structured financial package designed to reward your performance and tenure, featuring:

  • Competitive Hourly Base Salary: A progressive hourly wage structure that increases after your first month, scales up significantly upon passing your probation period, and continues to grow based on your performance at the 12-month and 18-month milestones.
  • Language Allowance: An additional fixed monthly allowance of €250, unlocked right after you successfully complete your initial training period.
  • Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn an annual bonus of up to €2,000 (pro-rated and distributed quarterly), eligible immediately upon passing your 6-month probation period.
  • Full initial training provided by the company to ensure your success on the project.
