We are seeking German-Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an elite team dedicated to a world-leading Corporate Travel Management Platform. In this on-site role, you will be at the heart of the business travel experience, providing top-tier support to corporate clients, managing travel bookings, and resolving logistics or reservation inquiries with high efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellence in customer support to corporate travelers via inbound calls and digital channels.
  • Process and manage client inquiries regarding flight bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, and complex travel itineraries.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve administrative queries, itinerary changes, or travel disruptions swiftly and accurately.
  • Maintain clean, precise records of all client interactions within the internal database.

Requirements

  • Languages: Native or proficient level of German combined with an upper-intermediate level of English (B2 minimum).
  • Candidate Location: Local candidates already living in the area will be reviewed with priority, but relocators are highly welcome to apply and will be thoroughly considered as well.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication skills, a strong service-oriented mindset, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Location: Fully office-based (On-Site) at our modern facilities in Bulgaria.
  • Schedule: Rotational shifts operating Monday to Sunday between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM.
