Role Overview

Are you fluent in Dutch and English? Do you want to build a career in the fast-paced world of international supply chains and e-commerce logistics?

We are seeking Logistics & Delivery Advisors with Dutch and English to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be the vital link between customers and their global shipments, solving real-time delivery puzzles and ensuring a seamless tracking experience for an international audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer care inquiries regarding global shipments via phone, email, or chat.
  • Track and troubleshoot a variety of shipping statuses, including delivered, undelivered, delayed, or lost packages.
  • Investigate delivery discrepancies by coordinating with courier networks, distribution centers, and sorting facilities.
  • Provide accurate, friendly, and efficient solutions to customers while maintaining precise documentation in internal logistics systems.

Requirements & Profile Needed

  • Languages: Native or proficient level of Dutch paired with a strong working command of English.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and strong empathy for customers awaiting their shipments.
  • Location: Must be located in or ready to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria. (Note: Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad).

Work Schedule & Hybrid Model

  • Location: Modern administrative offices in Sofia.
  • Work Model: Hybrid flexibility (combining office collaboration with the convenience of working from home).
  • Schedule: Rotational shifts operating Monday to Saturday between 08:00 AM and 09:00 PM.
