We are expanding our team in Guimarães and are looking for Customer Support Advisors fluent in French. In this role, you will become the voice and strategic support for a major entity in the Banking and Insurance industry, helping users resolve everyday inquiries or managing more advanced technical cases depending on your background.
We offer two distinct specialization tracks (Level 1 and Level 2), allowing us to welcome both individuals looking for their first experience in the sector and professionals with a more technical background.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Level 1 (L1) – General Support: You will assist French-speaking users with inquiries regarding their bank accounts, insurance policies, and basic administrative banking processes. No previous experience in similar roles is required—we provide full training!
- Level 2 (L2) – Technical / Transactional Support: You will troubleshoot and resolve higher-complexity technical and IT inquiries, managing workflows that require analytical skills combined with the use of digital tools.
The Ideal Profile
- Location: It is essential to currently reside in or around Guimarães, Portugal (Note: The client does not offer a relocation package, so this process is open to local candidates only).
- Languages: * For L1: Fluent/Native proficiency in French. Having basic IT knowledge or a second language (such as German at a minimum B2 level) is highly valued.
- For L2: Fluent/Native proficiency in French complemented by a strong working knowledge of English (commonly used in the IT support ecosystem) and verifiable experience in technical support or corporate customer care.
- Skills: Solution-oriented, empathetic, proactive, and highly organized.
Work Schedule & Life Balance
- L1 Track: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Enjoy your weekends completely free!).
- L2 Track: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, paired with scheduled Saturday shifts rotating between 10:00 AM and 08:00 PM.
