We are seeking German-Speaking Customer Support Advisors to join an expanding, premier team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers of a prestigious Swiss telecommunications provider, delivering outstanding service and administrative support via inbound channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support by handling inbound calls.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve administrative and technical customer inquiries regarding products, accounts, and billing.
  • Perform updates and maintain accurate data records within the company's internal systems.
  • Escalate complex issues or specific calls to other specialized departments when necessary.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and project value.

Requirements

  • Languages: Native or proficient level of German (C1/C2) with good communication skills.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, empathy, and a strong customer-oriented mindset.

  • Work Model Flexibility: Ability to work from our modern office during the initial phase, with a transition to a hybrid model later on.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Location: Modern, state-of-the-art office facilities located in Mega Park, Sofia.
  • Schedule: Rotational shifts operating Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 22:00.
  • Flexibility: Options for 8-hour, 6-hour, and 4-hour shifts are available.

  • Hybrid Model: Fully office-based during the first months. After 4 months, you can unlock a hybrid work option (3 days office / 2 days remote) based on your KPI performance.
