German Account Executive – E-Commerce SaaS Platform

Role Overview
Are you a high-energy sales hunter with a proven track record in outbound prospecting? We are seeking a German-Speaking Account Executive to join a globally recognized, fast-growing tech company specializing in intelligent e-commerce search solutions.
In this role, you will own the entire sales pipeline for the German market while being based in Spain. This position is perfect for data-driven sales professionals who thrive in a metric-heavy environment and want to maximize their earning potential through an uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle
- Handle account handover seamlessly to the Customer Experience team post-sale.
- Maintain a high volume of activity, averaging 80–100 outbound calls per day, utilizing automated inbound leads assigned directly by the system.
- Hit and exceed clear sales KPIs, including call volume, product demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generation.
Requirements & Profile Needed
- Location: Must already reside in Spain (this is a mandatory requirement, even when managing international markets).
- Languages: Native or bilingual fluency in German paired with a strong command of English.
- Experience: 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (e.g., as a BDR, SDR, Inside Sales Representative, or in outbound prospecting/call centers).
- Skills: High comfort level with cold-calling, resilience, a strong metrics/KPI orientation, and excellent closing skills.
- Flexibility: Availability aligned with US schedules/time zones is highly valued, particularly during the initial onboarding phase.
- Note: Pure Customer Success/Support profiles without outbound sales experience, career changers, or overqualified senior profiles will not be prioritized.
Work Schedule & Hybrid Model
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, and Fridays from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM (Enjoy Friday afternoons off!).
- Work Model: 50% Hybrid flexibility.
- Onboarding & Travel: To set you up for success, the first 4 weeks are fully on-site at our central office in Madrid for intensive training. Afterward, you can work remotely from within Spain, visiting the Madrid office approximately once a month. All travel and associated lodging expenses for these monthly visits are fully covered by the company.
- Note: To unlock the 50% hybrid remote model, you must meet a baseline percentage of your performance targets.
